Description
A foot technique throw. Break your opponent’s balance to his rear or right rear corner to shift most of his weight onto his right heel, then reap his leg with your right leg.
Instructions
Kuzushi:
Take a big step on one side of your partner. Step forward with your toes first and then your heel.
With your hand, pull your partner slightly backwards and towards you so all of their weight is on the heel of the leg that you’re reaping.
Bring their other sleeve downwards.
Tsukuri
Bring your hips behind your partners' and extend your leg.
Keep your toes pointed.
Kake
Reap your partners' leg with yours.
Push your partner backwards with the arm off-balancing them and keep pulling down on the other arm.
Keep control of your partners' sleeve as you're completing the throw.
