Description
A foot technique throw. Break your opponent’s balance to his rear or right rear corner, then sweep his right ankle from the inside with the sole of your right foot to throw him backward.
Instructions
Force your partner to take a step forward.
Before your partner steps, sweep their foot out from under them using your opposite foot. Use a scooping motion with the instep of your foot to sweep them at the ankle.
Use your upper body to push them backwards at the same time. Keep your elbows tucked in and use your forearms to transfer your power to their body.
