Description
A foot technique throw. Break your opponent’s balance to his right front corner, then place the sole of your left foot on his right kneecap and use his this as a fulcrum around which to throw him by pulling his upper body.
Instructions
The Hiza Guruma is essentially a Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi, except you're tripping your partner at the knee instead of the ankle.
Pivot on one leg to force your partner to take a step to the side.
Use the centrifugal force of the pivot to pull your partner with your arms.
As your partner is about to take a step, use your free leg to trip them at the knee.
