Bring your partner's arm over their own neck.
Your arms goes around your partner's neck and arm.
Gable grip your own hand.
Put the knee closest to your partner at their hip.
Post your further leg outwards as far as you can.
Use the side of your head and the posted leg to put pressure on your partner's shoulder.
If you put enough pressure on your opponent, the kata gatame can be used as a submission.
